Language Assistance

We are committed to giving all patients information in the way that they will best understand it. If you or your family member need the help of an interpreter while receiving services at Trinity Health, you can receive language assistance at any time.

At no cost, interpreter services for most languages are available to ensure that you receive the best medical treatment and interactive communication during your stay. Our interpreter services also include American Sign Language.

We provide the following forms of interpretation:

• In-Person - Live interpreters are available for more than 50 languages
• Telephone - Through an interpreter line, we provide interpreters for more than 200 languages
• ALS Patients and Visitors - Video remote interpretation

Request an Interpreter

If you let your health care provider know before you come to the hospital or outpatient clinic for services, we will do our best to schedule an interpreter for your appointment. If that is not possible, please do not hesitate to ask for an interpreter. You may ask at any time during your stay.
