Always is so compassionate, empathetic and caring. She listens, asks questions to make make sure she understands my concerns. Takes extra time if needed to make sure I understand what we discussed. Just an absolute pleasure and a refreshing break from doctors who just see me as a number and not a person. She sees me as a person and treats me as such. I wish we could be friends in real life.

She is the best. My daughter stumbled onto an OMT doctor in Novi. Never heard of them. She searched for a Doctor near me, and found Victoria. I had Ben going to a chiropractor and was still in pain. He wasn’t fixing the problem.Went to see Victoria and my pain was gone that day. She is amazing and I am so thankful my daughter found her. I sent my sister-in-law to her and she had the same experience. She loves Victoria.

Hands down THE best doctor I’ve ever seen in my 44 years on Earth. I have a lot of mobility and health issues, so I’ve seen more doctors than most. She is so knowledgeable, compassionate and respectful. She actually listens, and allows you to be apart of your care. Never an issue getting an appointment, never long waits in the lobby or in the room to see her. She actually spends time with you, and isn’t rushing to get out of the room. Her staff is equally as excellent as she is. From the front desk, med techs, nurses, and phlebotomists, they are all there to provide care and support for their patients! I’ve got my mom to switch doctors, and she regrets not coming to Dr Torgler sooner!
