I was incredibly touched and impressed by how Margaret listened to me when we spoke about my chronic pain, showed genuine concern and compassion, and provided me with a referral for a second opinion. It is rare to engage with a provider who demonstrates genuine interest and concern for the well-being of a patient versus just checking boxes and running to her next exam.

I honestly just hate the hospital environment and she made me feel a lot more confident in showing up, I wasn't afraid of being dismissed or talked down to. Where I didn't get answers, I got a referral. It makes me feel heard to know it's not just "Well, you're fine!" and then get charged a ton of money to feel hopeless. Listening in that way gives patients hope!

I enjoy my appointments with her. Always respectful and smiles. She makes me feel comfortable and that she cares. I’m 67 but she doesn’t make me feel that because I’m this age I don’t know what’s best for me.
It was my 1st time meeting her, she made me feel very at ease.
My arrival time was 2:15. I arrived at 2:15 and my appointment time was 2:30. At 2:45 I was called back and my vitals were taken. At 3:15 I still had not seen a doctor or given any update. It was 30 minutes alone in the room and I had to leave so I left without even seeing the doctor.

Such a relief to have a medical provider who listens. I asked for thyroid lab because my hair is falling out and I have been fatigued. She could have said I didn't need one (its only been about a year?!) as the enterologist I saw two mos. ago said. She okayed the labs and my TSH was a 9! She changed my meds. accordingly.
I would recommend her to people looking for a health care provider.
