Knew my case before he saw me; read my history
I thought Dr. Borgelt was very patient and knowledgeable. He didn't try to force me into unwanted tests and thoroughly explained results.
My after visit summary was very different than my experience of what was completed at my visit.

Dr. Borgelt is not my usual doctor but had read my chart even noting my gallbladder had been removed in 2001. I liked having fresh set of eyes reviewing my history as he recommended a treatment for my digestive issues that had not been tried before.

Absolutely fantastic with the kiddos
I saw Dr. Borgelt for a preop visit. He is not my primary doctor. He was so thorough. He gave me some valuable information about a medication I have been taking for a while. He gave a very thorough explanation of why my doctor felt I should be on a statin. I was very impressed. I got more information from him than I ever received from my primary doctor.
