My only criticism, as it were, is that she did not enter the room until 3:15, even though my appt was for 3'ocl8ck sharp.

She answered all my questions and wasn't in a hurry.
Dr. Kleaveland listened to me and answered all questions in full. She didn't leave anything back and, in fact, added enough for us to really understand the problems.She took time for me to feel she wasn't in a big hurry and gave good illustrations for what was going on with my lungs. I felt like I was a valued patient.
Dr. Kleaveland was excellent. She was great at explaining aspects of my testing and care options in a way I could understand. Also, I never felt rushed as she was very present and attentive through out my appointment.

The staff was very courteous, but parking was difficult, as I could not find a Handicap spot, meaning I had to walk a couple hundred feet extra, which I don't mind in cooler weather, but I'm 81 years old, and in 80+ F temp, with 90% humidity, makes it a bit uncomfortable.

She was easy with whom to communicate, explained in a detailed, understandable manner.

Dr. Kleaveland went out of her way to provide enough time, energy and effort in explaining the appointment, the relevant tests and what lies ahead.
Dr. Kleaveland very informative, answered all questions, gave me a lot of information and referred me for some additional program I knew nothing about. Very happy to have her as my Pulmonologist.
