Dr McKellar - I so appreciated your time and suggestions with my son. I contacted the other medical party, they followed your suggestion as did I, and so far things have improved. And in the event this coarse of action doesn;t work, you left the door opened to contact you for a more advance coarse of action. As we both felt, steps by step, little by litte. Thank you so much for listening and working with us.

Dr. McKellar treated my Dad with kindness, humor and explaining this to my Dad slowly and politely so my Dad could understand.

The only downside was that the procedure involved numbing where the procedure was performed but very little time was allowed between administering the numbing agent and the procedure, so the procedure was probably a bit more painful than it should have been.
