It's always a good experience when I have an appointment with Dr. Raffee and Staff.I recently had my wellness check with Amy. She took time with me and so did Miracle when she was taking my vitals.Amy answered all my questions. She is pleasant and easy to talk with.I appreciate the good care I receive at Dr. Raffee's office.
She didn't rush me .....gave me time to ask questions, etc

I feel she was rushed, I'm sure no fault of her own. I think our appointment time was around 45 minutes behind and getting restless. I don't want this to seem I don't like Amy, I do. Just was stressful this time for me.

A very enjoyable encounter. Only problem was that it was not clear what to do immediatly upon entering the building; no receptionist, didi not see sign in the next doorway to enter. Other staff members were VERY helpful.
I felt listened to and taken seriously which encourages me to follow the doctor’s recommendations and instructions.

Patients' thought processing is slower so the provider needs to acknowledge and adjust accordingly

Amy was very patient, and examined both ears fully. She showed concern for me having had on-going sinus issues, with little assistance from my previous PCP.
